The average room rate for Accor's owned and leased hotels increased slightly year over year during the second quarter.
ADR increased by 0.3 percent in the upscale and midprice tiers and by 0.8 percent in the economy tiers, the company reported this week. Occupancy increased by 2.2 percentage points in the upper and midprice tiers and by 0.8 percentage points in the economy tier.
