Rezidor operates and develops Carlson brands in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. ADR increased 3.4 percent to €122.20 at Radisson Blu properties and 3.1 percent to €70.5 at Park Inn properties. Overall occupancy increased 1.4 percentage points to 64.8 percent. The company's profit for the quarter was €7.3 million, compared with a €13.5 million loss in the fourth quarter of 2012.
