and occupancy increased by 3.2 percent to 49.1 percent, according to hospitality research firm STR. The largest ADR increases were found in Atlanta (13 percent), Oahu (12.6 percent) and Miami (12.5 percent). Among the 25 largest U.S. destinations, December ADR declined only in San Diego, where the average rate was down 7.5 percent.
