the STR forecast, U.S. occupancy will increase 1.4 percent to 62.2 percent.
Among major U.S. markets, Houston, Oahu and San Francisco will see the
strongest combined gains in ADR and occupancy, according to STR, and
Washington, D.C., will have the weakest combined ADR and occupancy performance.
STR predicts 2014 U.S. ADR will increase 4.6 percent year over year to $115.73
and occupancy by 1.3 percent to 63.1 percent.
