Reserved occupancy at North American hotels for the first quarter is running 2.9 percent higher than in the same period last year,
according to TravelClick's North American Hospitality Review. Reserved business transient occupancy is up 1.4 percent year over year for the quarter, and the average daily rate on those bookings is up 3.2 percent. Reserved group occupancy is up 3.5 percent, and group ADR is up 2.5 percent.
