Nearly two out of three hoteliers expect to make capital improvements at their properties this year,

according to a global survey of 600 hotel managers and owners released this week by TravelClick. About one in three respondents indicated they would make incremental hires this year. Of those hiring, 60 percent said they would add front desk staff, and 37 percent said they would add sales managers.
