Loews Hotels & Resorts promoted David Wiener to lead the company's national sales organization.

Wiener since 2010 has led Loews' Western region sales and marketing efforts and previously worked as a regional sales and marketing director for Fairmont Hotels. Loews chief marketing officer Bruce Himelstein in a statement noted that Wiener's region had "outpaced the industry and luxury segment in [revenue per available room] growth" and that he would be part of an "aggressive growth plan" in the coming years.
