Lanyon signed five global hotel chains to use its lead management and request-for-proposal response tools,

the company announced. Larkspur Hotels, a chain comprised mostly of extended-stay hotels in the Pacific Northwest and California, already has implemented the tools, and Lanyon expects the others—Jumeirah Group, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, NH Hoteles and Onyx Hospitality—to do so within the next two months.
