Interstate Hotels & Resorts has acquired Noble Investment Group's hotel operating business.

The deal, for which financials were not disclosed, adds about 60 upscale and upper upscale properties to Interstate, the largest independent hotel management company in the United States, bringing its global portfolio to about 400 hotels. Noble's portfolio primarily consists of select-service brands from the large hotel companies, including Hilton Garden Inn, Hyatt Place and Courtyard by Marriott, as well as some flagship brand properties from those companies.
