Hyatt Hotels Corp. during the next two years plans to install virtual concierge technology in 60,000 full-service guest rooms
across the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. Supplied by Roomlinx, the system provides a television interface through which guests can print documents and presentations, obtain information on group functions, order room service and amenities and search the Internet. Hyatt already installed the technology in a few locations, including its Andaz property in New York and Hyatt Regency properties in New Orleans and Denver.
