Carino Hotels and Resorts and hotel technology firm InnPoints Worldwide in September will merge

into a single company, Centric Hospitality Group. The merger combines Carino's collection of hotels—including the upper upscale and luxury Carino Collection and the recently launched Qube Hotels—and InnPoints' technology, notably a central reservation system and property management system. Centric also will include InnPoints' StayCredits rewards program.
