Accor's Board of Directors on Tuesday voted to oust CEO Denis Hennequin,

citing the need to "accelerate the implementation" of company strategy. As part of transitional executive team, the board installed board vice chair Phillippe Citerne as non-executive chairman and president and COO Yann Caillère as CEO. Hennequin is the third CEO to be ousted from Accor since 2005.
