Accor is buying 15 South American hotels from Mexican hotel company Grupo Posadas.

Eleven of the 15 hotels, which operate under the Caesar Park and Caesar Business brands, are in Brazil where Accor would have a total of 164 properties. The deal also includes 14 hotels under development in the region. Accor expects the $275 million acquisition to be completed by the end of the year.
