Southwest Airlines will provide New Distribution Capability content to Serko's online booking tool, Zeno, via ATPCO and SITA's NDC Exchange platform. Per the agreement with Southwest, Zeno users will be able to shop, book, ticket and change Southwest flights and also purchase EarlyBird Check-In either during or after the booking. The agreement with Serko is Southwest's first NDC content announcement since joining NDC Exchange last month. The content should be available to North American Zeno users on Oct. 1, according to Serko.
