Latam Airlines and Gulf Air each have integrated ATPCO's Routehappy Rich Content into their websites and mobile apps, ATPCO announced.
Latam used the content to revamp its website, now allowing travelers to see which amenities are included with their flight in search results. In addition, Latam is using ATPCO's Universal Ticket Attributes to provide information on bag fees and change and cancellation policies.
Oman-based Gulf Air also is using UTAs to show attributes of a new branded fare scheme of Light, Flex and Smart. Additionally, the carrier is using a carousel display to show Universal Product Attributes including information on codeshare flights and "reassurance" information on health-related procedures and flexibility.
