Two years after American Airlines integrated SAP Concur's TripLink for corporate customer bookings made on the airline's website, the carrier has expanded TripLink support to bookings taking place via the American app.
American launched its website booking integration with TripLink in October 2018, following a strategic alliance American and Concur inked in July 2016. Under the partnership, TripLink customers connect their AAdvantage numbers with their SAP Concur accounts, and subsequently receive their company's negotiated rates when booking via the website,and now also when booking with the American app. Once a trip is booked, reservation data is synced with SAP Concur and available to corporate travel managers and their travel management companies for reporting, duty of care and contract fulfillment purposes, American said.
