United Parcel Service's 2024 U.S.-booked air volume was $50.5 million, up from the 2023 BTN estimate of $47.5 million.
In April 2025, UPS announced it was to acquire the Canada-based Andlauer Healthcare Group for $1.6 billion, strengthening its offerings in healthcare logistics. Closing of the transaction is anticipated for the second half of 2025.
The shipping and logistics company's 2024 business travel-related carbon emissions were 38,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent, about even with last year's emissions, based on UPS' latest GRI report. Emissions include those that occur from air and rail travel, rental cars and the use of personal vehicles for business-related activities for the company's global operations. The figures exclude UPS hotel stays.
UPS' 2024 revenue of $91 billion was even with that from a year prior. As of Dec. 31, 2024, the company employed about 490,000 individuals worldwide, down about 10,000 from 2023.
