million in 2024, according to a
BTN estimate. This growth occurred during a year of
continued business expansion following the company's strategic transformation.
The
company’s 2024
worldwide sales increased
4 percent year over year to $88.8 billion.
Johnson & Johnson employed
approximately 139,800 people globally at the end of 2024.
In
February 2024, Johnson & Johnson finalized
the spinoff of its consumer health division. The company committed
to net-zero emissions by 2045 and aims to source 100
percent renewable electricity globally by 2025.
