Travelport is planning to sell or take public Orbitz Worldwide
, the consumer online travel division that includes CheapTickets, ebookers and Orbitz, among other properties, The Beatreported. The newsletter said it remains unclear whether such managed-travel brands as Orbitz for Business and Travelport for Business would be part of a deal.
