Travelport Limited reported fourth-quarter earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of $67 million

. Travelport includes the Galileo global distribution system, brands in the Orbitz Worldwide division (including corporate travel management services) and other business-to-consumer travel services. The company also has proposed to acquire GDS firm Worldspan and float a portion of Orbitz Worldwide to the public.
