Orbitz for Business plans to offer "live instant message customer support" by next spring.

The company said a team of experts would be available to assist travel arrangers and travelers both proactively when customers experience problems and on request. Using technology from LivePerson--which already furnishes support for Orbitz Worldwide's consumer sites--the Orbitz for Business live chat service will be offered on a subscription basis.
