Farelogix released a new version of the Sprk agency desktop tool, including enhancements related to "PNR servicing and merchandising capabilities."

According to the company, Sprk supports "automated exchange, traveler flight status notification, automatic seat optimization routines, as well as improved agent workflows for handling schedule changes." The tool now also features "deeper integration with airline merchandising engines," though Farelogix noted that "the precise products/services available to agency users will vary by airline."
