FCm France named Bruno Peynichou as its CEO

, after the former American Express executive acquired "a majority share in Voyages Gallia, the French business travel specialist with whom FCm Travel Solutions has had a working relationship," according to an FCm statement. "Peynichou will work closely with FCm in the U.K. and Germany targeting multinational clients." Peynichou since 2004 served as American Express vice president of global distribution strategy.
