Cornerstone Information Systems is offering "automated inbound and outbound calls" to users of the iQCX mid-office platform from interactive voice response technology provider AcuFlight
. AcuFlight can automatically handle flight change notification calls or be used with Cornerstone’s policy compliance communications solution to make "outbound calls to a designated contact alerting them of travel reservations booked in violation of travel policy."
