Carlson Hotels Worldwide replaced a Pegasus Solutions service with a direct connection to Amadeus
for its five hotel brands. The link uses Open Travel's XML standard and provides "a faster, more flexible, efficient and reliable interface" with "a more accurate booking process," the companies said.
