BTN's 2024 Travel Manager of the Year & Best Practitioners

Business Travel News recognizes the best-in-class travel management achievements over the past 12 months. This year's Travel Manager of the Year award went to a travel management veteran who has often shown a bias for innovation with startups, but in the past 12 months has applied that bias to collaborate with legacy players, refining robotic process automation and AI-powered tools to technologies that not only benefit the Gilead program but have a long tail of influence for others. Meanwhile, BTN named as Best Practitioner five industry leaders who addressed urgent challenges in the models of modern travel management.
