Entities also can sign up via PartnerPlusBenefit, Lufthansa’s free rewards program for medium-sized businesses. The program is available in the DACH region, Belgium, France and the UK.

Program Benefits: BusinessToGo has two packages: Essentials and Premium. In both, small and midsize clients access the complete flight content from Lufthansa Group and its joint venture partners. Navan provides a range of hotel, train, and rental car content, including Navan negotiated hotel rates. Other features include enhanced policy and profile management, duty of care, real-time management information and CO2 emissions, 24/7 support and centralized billing. With the Premium tier, clients get onboarding and platform configuration support. The higher tier also gives access to airlines outside Lufthansa and its partners—plus, support for the client’s negotiated deals with hotels and car rental companies and integrations. It also offers integration with the client’s expense reporting and human resources systems.
Essentials has a support request fee of €22 or $25 per request. With Premium, businesses pay a transaction fee of €5 or $6 for online bookings, and €15 or $16 for offline bookings. It’s also mandatory to have over 100 traveler profiles in this tier.
Loyalty Benefits: BusinessToGo allows companies that are PartnerPlusBenefit members to earn and redeem points directly through the platform. Meanwhile, employees earn loyalty rewards with a variety of providers available in the platform. Companies that use Lufthansa’s Austrian Miles & More World Business Mastercard® will multiply the PartnerPlusBenefit points for their company and themselves.
