Travel agency support company ABC Global Services partnered with Emergency Travel Services to provide after-hours assistance.
ABC's travel agency and corporate travel department clients can access the 24-hour ETS call center travel service "to supplement their own services," according to ABC. "The call center enables clients to offer both after-hours services to handle emergencies and overflow services for times when they are short-staffed or are handling large booking volumes." A statement attributed to ABC Global Services CEO Eric Altschul noted that ETS services are offered to clients "at highly competitive pricing with a simple fee structure." ABC also recently launched a "duty of care" service to inform clients of travel disruptions and provide traveler tracking.
