bump passengers from oversold flights, DOT raised the maximum compensation to
$675 for passengers delayed at least an hour and $1,350 for passengers delayed
two hours or more. The previous maxes, set in
2011, were $650 and $1,300.
DOT raised the minimum baggage liability for domestic air service to $3,500
from $3,400.
