Tennessee's World Travel Service Inc. bought fellow travel management company Trip Logics
(formerly Cary Travel) of North Carolina, adding 54 employees to World Travel's 92. Trip Logics owner Kit McConnell will leave the combined company, which claims more than $120 million in annual sales.
