Corporate-assistance firm Collinson Group broadened its duty-of-care offerings by acquiring

London-based medical-assistance company Specialty Assist and will roll it into its Intana group, according to the companies. Specialty Assist managing director Mark Rands will lead Intana Specialty, which will focus on medical and security assistance, travel risk management and independent airport lounge access for frequent travelers and expat employees.
