Concur announced that it acquired mobile communications firm conTgo.

Concur indicated that its clients "immediately" can start using conTgo's messaging services, and that Concur's location and alert services "will leverage the conTgo platform." According to a statement, conTgo founders Henrik Conradsen and Johnny Thorsen will join Concur "in new senior management roles." Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
