Carlson Wagonlit Travel announced the acquisition of Finnish travel management company Kaleva Travel

. The companies have been partners since 1995, cooperating in Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and Romania. According to CWT, privately owned Kaleva is the largest TMC in Finland, with 450 employees and annual sales volume of US$450 million.
