BCD Travel on Thursday announced a joint venture with Spanish travel management company Viajes Iberia

, forming what BCD claimed to be the third-largest TMC in Spain. The deal awaits approval, but should go live "early in 2011," according to BCD. Viajes Iberia's leisure business will remain separate from the joint venture.
