BCD Travel hired former Association of Corporate Travel Executives president Mark Williams

as vice president of consulting, reporting to the division's general manager, Mary Ellen George. Following a number of years in the travel department of PricewaterhouseCoopers and one of its predecessors, Williams most recently served as client manager for business travel outsourcing in IBM's Integrated Supply Chain Procurement Services Practice.
