Lyft has acquired ground transportation company TBR Global Chauffeuring for £83 million, (US$110 million), the ride-hailing company reported Wednesday.
TBR is headquartered in Glasgow, Scotland, with offices across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia. It operates in more than 3,000 cities, according to the company. The company has “deep expertise in corporate, executive and event transportation,” and will continue to operate under its own brand and leadership, according to Lyft.
