EmpireCLS Worldwide Chauffeured Services has acquired Los Angeles-based luxury chauffeured service provider Wilshire Chauffeured Services. The acquisition expands EmpireCLS's services, which it said covers more than 1,000 cities around the world through its network of affiliates, in the Los Angeles area. EmpireCLS said Wilshire has "exclusive contracts with many four- and five-star hotels and had become a preferred provider to many corporate, entertainment, financial and professional sports organizations."
