Enterprise Holdings has promoted EVP and COO Christine Taylor to president and COO. The company also promoted Enterprise Holdings Foundation SVP and executive director Carolyn Kindle Betz to president of the foundation, the company's arm for charitable contributions. Both women are grandchildren of Enterprise founder Jack Taylor.
