Enterprise Holdings will acquire a 20 percent stake in Brazilian franchise partner Unidas this year. In addition, it is extending its master franchise agreement with Unidas until 2031 and adding Enterprise Rent-A-Car to the National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands Unidas already is licensed to operate. This is Enterprise's second investment in a global affiliate partner, which has a fleet of 46,000 vehicles at 215 locations, following its acquisition of a 15 percent stake in China's eHi AutoServices in 2012.
