United Airlines this month expanded its Meet and Assist service to Chicago O'Hare International Airport, the carrier confirmed to BTN.
The program debuted in January at Los Angeles International Airport and Newark Liberty International Airport and is offered to corporate customers and travel agency partners that have "high-touch traveler needs," according to United.
Benefits include a dedicated United Premium Services representative to accompany customers "throughout the airport journey," a "more private" Global Reception check-in at the Global Services desk, United Club access, Premier Access to security lanes and the option to "board when you want." A baggage porter is available upon request.
In addition, in Los Angeles and Chicago, customers can have a private car transfer to or from the aircraft on the tarmac, and in Los Angeles, there is a dedicated space in the United Club with a private room, bathroom and elevator, according to United.
Each departure, connection or arrival service starts at $650 for up to five passengers traveling on the same flight. Bookings can be requested online or via email, with availability and service details then confirmed by the Meet and Assist support team, according to the carrier.
