On July 1, United will add premium service on
widebody aircraft on flights between Boston and San Francisco. It already makes
the service available on flights between Newark and both Los Angeles and San
Francisco. The carrier also will add services to those three transcontinental routes,
including free hot meals for Economy Plus travelers, new desserts, Moscow mules,
pre-arrival snacks and, for business class travelers, hot towel service.
