United Airlines is extending Global Services status for current members through Jan. 31, 2022, VP of marketing and loyalty and MileagePlus president Luc Bondar said in a letter to members. United already had extended MileagePlus status for members at the Premier 1K level and below through the same date. In January 2021, United also will begin giving Global Services members access to United Club locations when flying domestically. Previously, they had lounge access only when flying internationally on United or one of its Star Alliance partners.
