In October, United Airlines will increase service frequency
between Newark Liberty International Airport and 15 U.S. cities. As of Oct. 4,
the carrier's total service from Newark to those cities will be:
- Two daily flights to San Antonio and Sarasota,
Fla.
- Three daily flights to Fort Myers, Fla., and
Phoenix
- Four daily flights to Memphis and New Orleans
- Five daily flights to Charleston, S.C.;
Greensboro, N.C.; and West Palm Beach, Fla.
- Six daily flights to Burlington, Vt.; Ft.
Lauderdale; and Norfolk, Va.
- Seven daily flights to Nashville
- Nine daily flights to Orlando and Pittsburgh
At the same time, United is moving two daily flights to each
Chattanooga, Tenn.; Ithaca, N.Y.; and Scranton, Pa., from Newark to Washington
Dulles International Airport. Also in October, United will make seasonal
service from Newark to Key West year-round. In December, the carrier will add
seasonal service between Newark and Palm Springs, Calif.
