Southwest Airlines in the first half of 2026 will add Anchorage to its network, the carrier announced Thursday.
The Dallas-based airline said it would fly once daily between Anchorage and each Denver and Las Vegas, beginning in May. The flights will be red-eyes, according to the Anchorage Daily News. It has not yet been determined if the flights will be seasonal or year-round.
Southwest did not immediately respond to a request for confirmation. The carrier did, however, in a statement say that adding Anchorage will expand its network to 122 airports.
