Southwest Airlines has extended its distanced seating policy by a month, now in place through Nov. 30. The carrier, on which passengers choose their own seats when boarding, has been selling flights at reduced capacity to allow for empty middle seats, though passengers traveling together can still use middle seats to sit together.
