Regional air transportation network OneJet is acquiring
charter operator Ultimate Jetcharters, which will increase OneJet's fleet to
about 25 aircraft by the end of the year. OneJet
will integrate Ultimate into its network over the next month, which will create
a combined network serving nearly 20 cities. OneJet plans to make schedule and
route adjustments over the next month, including new routes, as it completes
the integration. The Ultimate Air Shuttle brand, which operates out of
Cincinnati, will remain an independent brand.
