JetBlue founder David Neeleman is raising $100 million to develop a U.S. low-cost carrier, according to a report by Airline Weekly. The carrier, Moxy Airways, has orders for 60 Bombardier CS300 aircraft and would concentrate on secondary airports like Providence, R.I., and Burbank, Calif. Neeleman plans to begin flying by 2020, according to the report. Heleft JetBlue in 2007 and since co-founded Brazilian carrier Azul and become co-owner of TAP Air Portugal.
