Korean Air has ordered an additional 20 Airbus A321neo aircraft on top of the 30 it previously had ordered, the carrier announced Monday. The single-aisle aircraft will have two cabins with 182 seats in total—eight in Prestige Class that includes lie-flat seats and 174 in Economy. Korean Air so far has taken delivery of 10 A321neos. The "next-gen fleet" is being deployed on short- and medium-haul routes to serve Southeast Asia, China and Japan, according to the carrier.
