Delta Air Lines is partnering with Mayo Clinic to help adjust its standards and protocols to minimize Covid-19 transmission among employees and customers. Delta already has been working with Mayo to test employees for the virus and antibodies, and the carrier is turning to the clinic to analyze findings from the testing to "provide recommendations to Delta's existing policies and procedures, perform workforce risk assessments and review re-testing programs for the ongoing safety of Delta people," according to Delta. The clinic also will advise Delta's customer experience team on best practices for customers and customer-facing employees and will participate on an advisory council for the carrier, alongside Delta SVP of human relations Rob Kight.
