Business Travelers Select Southwest As Friendliest U.S. Carrier & Best Value

An Executive Travel survey of 762 business travelers named Southwest Airlines as the carrier offering the best value and friendliest service among U.S. carriers. Asked by the travel management company which two airlines provide the best combination of service and value, 60.7 percent of travelers named Southwest, and about half named Delta Air Lines. American Airlines pulled in 28.7 percent and United Airlines 27.2 percent.
